How to file a Ticket request?
Go to http://nlshelp.com/ on your preferred browser.
Under support box, click the Ticket Center tab.
NOTE: A new tab will open which would be the login page where you can enter your login credentials. For existing account, enter your Username and Password or click Signup to create a new account (Just make sure to fill in the information needed).
You will be routed to your NLS Ticket Center Homepage.
On the upper right corner, click the “Open New Ticket” tab.
Fill in the information needed.
Once done, click on Submit New Ticket.
Someone from the team will solve the ticket you raise. Just take note of the ticket number for your reference.

* Category – Inquiry you’d like to raise (e.g Billing, Shipping, Bug Fix, Training or Sales
* Product Name – The type of product you’re using.
* Subject – An overview of your concern
* Message – A short description of the concern.
Once done, click on Submit New Ticket.
Someone from the team will solve the ticket you raise. Just take note of the ticket number for your reference.
