Below are the following basic troubleshooting steps that you need to follow to resolve the error.

Reboot your PC and try accessing the application and do the scan. If it’s still showing the same thing, proceed with the next step.
Disconnect from your second monitor and reboot your PC/Laptop. Once rebooted, try accessing the software and check if issue has been resolved.
