PORT missing in Super Tuning
Port not showing:
Solution: Remove everything and just the Qbit, then reboot.
Step 1: On your Desktop, right-click Windows Icon and click Device Manager.
Step 2: Make sure that information showing in Ports should be as below.
Step 3: If your Device Manager > USB Controllers is showing like this, please proceed on uninstalling and Reboot PC. (You can also see the errors showing for Port Reset Failed)
Step 4: Please be patient while waiting for the uninstall to finish. It should only take roughly around 2-3 minutes to complete and wait for it until it disappears.
Step 5: If the problem still persist, please raise a concern via NLSHelp.com
